Supper for Lunch

Just leftovers from last night's supper (read 2 blogs down for a description!) I was reminded of my strange taste in concoctions today when my colleagues were quite surprised I used curry in pasta, somebody said I'd upset a few Italians. I never thought of it that way, it just felt like a tasty idea and the fusion of Italian and Indian actually worked rather well! It was a good meal!
